Oh what Fun! These are of course, totally pointless dates as GRRM has pointed out, but still:

Amazon now has AFFC listed as December 30th 2004.

Barnes and Noble has no release for AFFC, but have a book called described as:
quote ::
Zimmerguide to George R. R. Martin's a Feast for Crows: A Personal, Unofficial, Opinionated Guide to the Long-Awaited Fourth Novel in a Song of Ice and Fire

Ready for release on Jan 05/2005.

Chapters.ca lists AFFC for September of 2005 (OMG!) and they insist that the Audiobook was released this past august (although they note the publisher seems to be out of stock... gee)

And the countrybook shop eschews a less conservative March 7, 2005 date.

I just think it's funny to like at the wind range of speculation.

I think it's totally pointless to talk about Martin's release dates. We've had so many already and all of them went by without any development. I've stopped checking Amazon altogether, they are the most unreliable of the lot it seems.

I'm sure the book will be worth the wait. I just don't want to be yet another two years away. But I won't trust any release date that doesn't come directly from Martin's website.

(thank you Ishy, for bringing up this subject again. I've lost count of how many times we've discussed this.. )
