The old UBB board had a link on a user's profile page to view all the posts by that user. The search function would also take a username argument optionally as well (the profile page just linked to the search page with the username plugged in).
Something like that would be pretty mighty (ie, I read an interesting post from user X, and I wanted to see what else they've written that I may have missed).
